​One of the key aspects behind implementing sustainable, continuous improvement is to create a culture of problem solving that engages people at all levels within a business.

By equipping employees with a standardised problem solving approach and set of tools, they will be able to carry out effective problem clarification, start independently determining root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

SES Practical Problem Solving targets four key groups as part of its deployment:

  • Supervisors

  • Managers, Subject Matter Experts, CI and QEHS champions & coaches
