Daily Tiered Meetings

​Within Smiths, the Daily Tiered Meeting (DTM) process is deployed at various levels within our facilities. These regular meetings allow teams to align & monitor performance levels, manage day to day operations and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

This lean tool introduces the 3 levels of daily team meeting, as well as the key components that are critical to successfully implementing & sustaining the DTM process within any Smiths site:

  1. Defining and aligning with the right metrics and targets

  2. Using & maintaining intuitive and highly visible performance boards

  3. Holding effective team review meetings
