A Critical to Quality (CTQ) tree is a diagram tool that helps you translate customer needs into drivers and measurable performance requirements when improving or developing a new process.
CTQ trees are often used in the early stages of developing or improving a process, product or service as we are trying to understand the customer and stakeholders better.
