Charter


Projects are a sequence of planned activities with a definite beginning and end, to complete a specific aim or fulfil a unique business requirement.

A Project Charter is the guiding document to navigate a project:

  • Leadership and Resource

  • Scope

  • Objectives and success criteria

  • Deliverables

  • Milestones and risk

In Lean Six Sigma (LSS) all data-driven excellence begins from a Project Charter in the Define phase of DMAIC and DMADV projects.
